What roof painting does (and does not do)
We are painters. We clean the roof, prep the surface, and apply a professional roof paint system that renews the color and gives the surface a fresh, uniform finish. We do not do roofing work. If we find broken tiles, loose panels, or anything that needs a roofing contractor, we tell you before we start so you can have it looked at first.

Roof Painting questions
How long does a painted roof keep its color?
It depends on the material, the exposure and the color, but a properly washed, primed and painted roof typically holds its color for many years in Florida. We recommend a light wash every couple of years to keep mildew off.
Can you change the color of my roof?
Yes. Most of our customers either refresh the original color or go lighter to reflect more sun. We will show you options and can paint a test patch.
Do you fix roofs, or only paint them?
Only paint. We are a painting contractor, not a roofer. If we spot damage during the wash or prep, we stop and let you know so a roofing contractor can look at it before we paint.
